    I have been working at Sears


    Receiving associates are the hardest workers, they pull their own weight, they do not pass the buck to someone else. In the end they will become your friends.


    There in no recognition for hard work. Sucking up to the boss is the only way to get a raise or a promotion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Recognize poeple for their hard work. Not by giving them a pat on the back but by compensation. That doesn't mean printing your own fake money to give so employees can use to trade for snacks.(current store manager)
