    I worked at Sears full-time for more than 3 years


    Regular paycheck. Schedule Flexibility. Decent hours. (Stores don't open super early.)


    Always running. Always dealing with customer complaints that wouldn't exist if the company ran properly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop chasing unproven strategies. Stop hounding every employee about credit apps. Stop hounding customers to apply for credit. It's chasing them away. FOCUS ON PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
