I have been working at Sears

    Pros

The best things about working here are that it gives you a lot of sales and management training. I have learned a great deal about store operations.

    Cons

The outsourced HR is terrible. Hiring people takes weeks, even months because the HR slacks or is over worked and cant keep up with the amount of stores they are in charge of. Pay raises are impossible to attain and the bonuses are laughable. The most I have ever gotten was about $130 after taxes and my dept leads the district in sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize and reward the employees who work hard.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
