    I worked at Seasons Hospice full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Very loyal, educated, hard working medical professionals as employees but they are used and fired without cause.

    Cons

    Administrative team is dishonest, con artists and practice unlawful termination without reason or grounds to terminate. Toxic administration. Everything is only about the money, not the exceptional staff or the patients. West Allis Administration refuses to pay unemployment or PTO funds already earned by employees. 'Leadership' create false write ups against employees to use in place of actual misconduct or valid complaints against their employees as part of their campaign to terminate respected and educated professional medical staff. Leadership does not conduct itself respectfully and is dishonest on all fronts and with both employees and clients.
