    Pros

The pros for working at SPU are the great work environment, people and ethical values of the organization. Everyone wants you to be successful both in your work and in your life and care deeply about you.

    Cons

There aren't many cons for working at Seattle Pacific University other than there are some inter department politics that can be frustrating to deal with. This is nothing compared to other organization though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management could delegate tasks a bit better as they end up getting stressed during certain periods of the year when there is higher activity.
