    I have been working at Security and Data Technologies


    Good group of field personnel, always willing to help. The tech are what keep the company going.


    The office personnel are too worried about themselves all the time and will go out of their way to do anything other than the minimum amount necessary. Field people are accused of stealing time, and treated very badly. Most of the management does not have field experience or they are nothing but trunk slammers. The owners/upper management are more worried about their profits than anything else. When employees leave the company they never get their vacation time or get back charged for the time used. Always waiting for the next job so they can pay off the previous one. Owner needs to stop making deals with low level employees just because he likes them or thinks they are his friends.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop worrying about the almighty dollar and listen to the field people. Get rid of the dead wood in the office. And STOP making individual deals with people. Policies need to be company wide not as per the individual.
