    Pros

    I enjoyed my team and the job itself

    Cons

    There are error reports and if your name appears on them, you are micromanaged. There was too much work to complete with no assistance given if you could not keep up or continue at work a high case load, 175+ files.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The management team does need to utilize all of their employees to the maximum but to fit the case load with the experience level and knowledge.
