    I have been working at Sedgwick Claims Management Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Plenty of vacation time and employee benefits. Plenty of advancement opportunity if you are willing to relocate. Opportunities for nurses, lawyers, clerical staff, management, financial advisors, recruiters, examiners...

    Cons

    Hard to use the vacation time due to workload and very limited raises. Not enough employees to handle the work load sometimes.

    Advice to Management

    Share some of that wealth that the little people have earned for the company! Please increase the ratio of clerical to adjusters or just hire a few more adjusters.
