Generous PTO. Room for advancement if you don't hate your job. Some supervisors, like Andy, are great. Good location. I started on 1/15/14 and was excited and thankful to get my start in insurance.
Excessive work load, low morale, high turnover and low morale. Their database, shuts down every month, meaning you can't complete half your work for that day. Entry level employees such as Claims Examiner I, work 37 hour work week, but all higher level positions require 60-70 hour work week. The amount of expected, unpaid overtime, will make you resent this place.
Advice to Management
Decrease work load expectations so they are based in reality. Also, almost all the snacks are obesity inducing junk food, provide protein, gluten-free items, and foods that won't lead employees to an early grave. Besides, the work load is already doing so, quite effectively.
