    Pros

    Great benefits and PTO. Casual dress code.

    Cons

    Local manager and supervisory staff lacking social skills some even lack technical knowledge. People in the office are in general unhappy.

    Advice to Management

    Include Regional Manager in hiring supervisory staff. Provide leadership training for local manager or make a change.
