I have been working at Sedgwick Claims Management Services full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Training program called IAP, great PTO, pay for your insurance education, and great colleagues

    Cons

Starting pay is very low, no career advancement opportunities, and even though you get a lot of PTO you get back and work the hours your were gone just to catch up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management wants to find ways to increase retention without increasing pay or increasing coverage when people are on PTO. I think they should abandon that idea and just give monetary incentives for people who take on more claims and allow for the trade in of PTO for cash.
