    Pros

Good pay. Nothing too good to say about this place.

    Cons

Was employed for almost 3 years and decided to look for a place that would actually appreciate me as an employee. This company has been the worst in my career. I've never felt more degraded by management anywhere else from day one. It's almost like you are a bad person for being on the phones as a rep they all look down at you. Managers and supervisors all at the same level. There is no culture that stands behind you and compensates you for your abilities or accomplishments. They rather hire from outside and train new people than promote the people that have been there for years. The only way to go up and move within is if you have friends that are managers or supervisors or they really like you. If not there is no way you would go anywhere else. If you are on the phones you are not allowed any personal emergencies unless you get hit with occurrences each one stays on you for 9 months at a time and if they exceed 7 you get warnings that escalate to termination of employment. When you do return you get dirty looks and take everything personal. There is no exceptions again unless you have a friend up above. Where supervisors and managers come and go as they please and leave the office several times during the day. Everything is micromanaged even breaks and lunches if you go over a minute you appear on a red board and everyone can see your name. Also if you need to go to the bathroom or have something personal going on and you sing out unscheduled time they will even come looking for you to get back on the phones. Like I said before while managers and supervisors walk around texting and talking on their personal cell phone. Oh and you can't have your cell phone out where it can be seen at your desk or you get put on the bad list. There is no being fair in that place. I'm glad I'm out of there like so many people call that place is a sweat shop. Unless you get hired in other departments don't go into Loss Mitigation, it's a monster inside a monster.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open your eyes and see the people with true talent and education. Stop promoting managers and supervisors with a high school diploma or ged these people don't have the right mind set to manage others especially if they are superior to them.
