I have been working at Seneca Companies full-time

    Pros

None that I can think of currently other than having a job

    Cons

Management is horrible and demeaning. They treat you like you are garbage and are way overpaid for what they actually do here. Training is non-existent. I have been here about a year now and still have to teach myself things. When you ask for help you are given a dirty look. There are so many things that this company needs to turn around SOON or they will not be a profitable company for very long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to really look at yourself and consider why you have such a high turn around rate. I look at this company and being here for about a year I have seen at least 4 different individuals in one position and 3 in another. Please understand this is not on us. This is on you for treating us like less individuals and non training.
