I have been working at Serco, Inc. full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The building itself is nice.

    Cons

Everything except for the building. Extremely poor benefits. For example, employees must pay $1,200 per family member and $2,500 per family in deductables for medications before the benefits kick-in. The management team does not respect the needs and wishes of their employees. Turnover in the administrative functions is very high. Don't walk but run away from this company. Even a bad economy isn't justificaton enough to work for this outfit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ed Casey, consider a complete turnover of your San Diego management team.
