Work Experience was pathetic considering the graveyard shifts, growth is almost zilch, pays peanuts, too much politics..

Some Processes have fixed weekend offs. dats the only single benefit so if you wanna study part-time you can comfortably do that....

Wish I could write an Essay on this but the list is never ending, these people are ruining careers for god sake.... students get lured in as the salary offered is good for a fresher but the BPO exp. leads you nowhere in the outside world trust me. Besides even BPO's who are not as big as them offer better growth aspects and salaries.... They dnt care about their employees at all so Employees Welfare is an alien concept to them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

One big advice pay your people well and it won't empty your pockets to share a small piece of the huge chunk you greedy people relish quite shamelessly. Your employees make your company and it can never be the other way round so invest in your employees. Shut Down the filthy cafeteria offering disgusting and totally unhygienic food. Stop playing dirty politics and offer genuine growth to you employees.
