    I worked at ServiceLink full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    training was good and on days we couldn't take breaks, the supervisor would buy us lunch..

    Cons

    overworked and underpaid. I felt like I worked in a sweatshop. We had so many files to work that taking a break of any kind was near impossible. Yet we would get in trouble for not taking our lunch. Poor upper management. I was working overtime every week, not taking lunches and getting all my files done yet at the time of my review I was denied a raise because "I wasn't working hard enough" Extremely unprofessional upper management. The person that was managing our area didn't even know how to work files.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take some management training courses on how to treat people with respect. Learn how to actually manage daily rather than only managing during a crisis. Put yourself in the shoes of those below you and see if you could actually do the amount of work you pile on to your employees. Upper management should know how to do the employees work. Knowing how to do their job would help in understanding what the employees actually do on a daily basis.
