    I have been working at ServiceMaster full-time (more than 3 years)


    Good benefits and brand recognition.


    KLPZ, micro management, favoritism, lack of leadership, lack of integrity, low pay, long hours, outside sales turned into a telemarketing position, dead end position, finger pointing, constant turnover, 80% of time reading scripts and making bogus phone calls for manager's reports and 20% of the time to meet with customers and make sales and money.

    Come down from your tower and work in the field.
