    Pros

    challenging position
    young company with fun and smart coworkers.
    If you are a recent grad, you'll gain great experience managing hundreds of deals per quarter
    if you are disciplined and organized, you'll have good chances to exceed the quotas and make good money depending of the client.

    Cons

    the turnover in some clients is ridiculous, getting new reps trained every month slows down the process and burdens actual reps. Also, affects the morale of the team

    Advice to Management

    work on retention of your sales reps, financially and in appreciation terms
    set clear expectations in terms of compensation, changing the rules afterwards or into the quarter only creates discomfort and hurts the disposition of the sales team.
