I have been working at ShaneCo full-time for more than 8 years

I was looking for an organization that I could work with long term. Almost a decade later I still find the work challenging and rewarding. As a manager I am responsible for the experience of both the customer and my employees. Constant feedback and coaching from both my superiors and peers has created an environment of growth that started on my first day and has never stopped.

Internal growth within the company is limited by the number of locations within the company and the individual's willingness to move from one location to another or wait for a position to become available within the market. Not a point against the company but something to be aware of for those looking to move up within the company.
