    I have been working at Sherwin-Williams part-time

Decent benefits and pay, work can be pretty fun, most managers are fairly laid back and you don't feel like you're a slave to work and being forced to work sundays or nights like some other part time jobs

Lots of hours, not having to clock out for lunch is nice, but you are expected to stop eating and work if need be that way, i would sometimes rather just clock out for lunch but nobody really does that here

    Advice to Management

Train practically, not with silly online programs. Product knowledge is very important, at least in a non heavy DIY store.
