    Pros

    Good salary, and benefits. Paid vacation, gym, shuttles and nice facilities

    Cons

    Dont expect help from anyone. Your expected to understand the mess they have in the company. Changes every couple of months. Company had different divisions and is suppose to be headed towards One Shire. Confusing environment to work and many people have lost their jobs. Don't expect to find procedures that will help you do your work. or they don't exist, are outdated or there is more than one procedures on how to do the job. Everyone has there own ways of working before the One Shire and don't want to change. Managers are trying to defend thier jobs and for this reason don't want to change. Unconsistent processes and managers expects you to understand how to manage the different scenarios depending if it was HGT or SP...etc.
    Unclear objectives due to contant changes. Management is egocentric and act as they are better than the rest of the employees.Worked long hours 12-15 hrs during projects and then they expect you to continue to work long during normal hours. Top Management speaks nice in meetings, but ignore you during the rest of the year. Talented people but terrible managers. Changed managers several times, My last one was the one that raised the bar on rudeness and being disrespectful. Don't work in QA IT.

    Advice to Management

    Standarize your processes.
    Simplify processes.
    Change managers that have been working under the previous culture to new people or things will continue not to change.
    Evaluate the reasons why good people are leaving.
