I worked at Siemens Water Technologies full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The benefits package is excellent and the PTO policy is decent. The people I worked with, not for, are fantastic people.

    Cons

The company "values" are not followed. Its all about who you know and who's behind you kiss, and if you make budget. They don't care how you make budget just as long as you do. The manufacturing facilities operate under a very '70-s auto-manufacturer type of hierarchy (even though they would tell you otherwise).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the "old guard", if middle management has been there for more than 20 years...its time they move on. If a facility has multiple HR complaints, its time to take the complaints seriously and not the BS that gets blown up the ladder.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
