    I worked at Sierra Systems (more than 3 years)


    - you meet some nice people, but your relationships with them will devolve into "misery loves company." Then the ones with potential leave, and you alone are more miserable. If all you want to do is tread water, you might be willing to live with it.


    - profit-driven in a negative way
    - culture rewards opportunism over integrity
    - bottom lines prevail over employee satisfaction, customer service and value, and relationships with business partners
    - leadership is non existent at upper levels. Everyone is out for themselves
    - anyone competent with integrity soon leaves. Only the mediocre stay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire real leaders with integrity. Too many senior level staff lack this, and none of them are fooling anyone. Not employees and not clients.
