I worked at Sigma Space full-time for more than 3 years

A solid group of people who you can easily get along with. Laid back attitude that allows you to feel comfortable in the workplace. Great manager who was attentive of my needs and helped me out as best he could.

My position I felt like I was on an island with no resources and very poor pay. I was brought in low and they kept me held down with little opportunity to grow and advance. No upper management structure, and the communication between upper manager and middle management is weak. I worked for the company for over 4 years and barely made past entry level, after doing nothing but good work all four years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more time and effort into your employees. The communication is poor, practice what you preach. If your employees do good work, reward them and help them grow. Too many bonuses for upper management and not enough for the people that work hard on a day-to-day basis.
Last...follow the passion that your CEO has for the company. Upper Mgmt fails to carry that sentiment.
