I have been working at Silvaco full-time (more than 10 years)

Been there over ten years, really enjoyable place to work.

    Everyone gets their own office.
Very high quality of staff, high proportion of engineers with advanced degrees.
Debt-free, grows on retained earnings. Won't grow to dizzy heights, but a stable company if you're interested in job security when times get tough.
New management taking company in a good direction.
    Intra-company communication is improving.

Flat structure can lead to a bit of bottlenecking at the top. Not as bad as it was under the old management, but it's still an issue.
