    Pros

The perks of the job are exhaustively detailed in the other reviews, so I won't list them out here. Silverline is an excellent place to work - it's got a great work environment, people really want to succeed and help others succeed, and no one is above 'the chaff' or below notice. It's a competent shop technically, sophisticated, and forward-thinking, and people are always learning and sharing that learning; they're approachable, friendly, professional, and generous with their knowledge.

Whether you're a shy, keep-your-head-down type, or an extrovert, you'll feel welcome, included, and recognized. You'll work hard doing fulfilling (more and less) work, be respected, and never will you feel like you've been left hung out to dry. We've eliminated most of the gremlins in the vents.

    Cons

There are obvious growing pains - occasionally high turnover (which is always a negative from a morale perspective), methodology is still somewhat protean, if refined and tested, the management hierarchy is still being built out, and some vital positions still need filling.

Gremlins are a constant terrifying presence. Caveat emptor.

    Advice to Management

The turnover feels like a pain point that isn't always addressed. We could use more visibility into the hiring strategy that may be lost in the current messaging of volume and quality, quality and volume.
