There is plenty of good work to be done. Co-workers are smart and hard working. It is rewarding to see the direct impact of work on end results. Roles are broad and can provide a good experience.
Management's focus is scattered. Decision making is very slow. Heavy dependency on consultants. IT systems are outdated and disorganized. Lot of the work is done outside the core ERP system. This causes tremendous amount of overhead to analyze, validate and use information.
Advice to Management
Modernize systems. Prioritize projects. Improve decision making. Hold all the teams accountable.
