I worked at Sims Recycling Solutions

They are an expanding Co. and now the largest recycling Co. in the world as a part of Sims Metals. They like to hire young college educated managers.

They use and favor temp workers so they can quickly position the work force to market conditions. The young managment lacks the experience to market the materials and keep a permenant work force. They are suffering growing pains as they buy up Companies and work them in to an ill prepared group.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the needs of the employee and the bottom line of the business, and not to volume put through the facility. Simple economics 101.
