I have been working at Singapore Tourism Board full-time (more than 3 years)

A fairly good environment for young people, especially fresh graduates to gain exposure and opportunities to work on projects. The luckier ones get their a piece to own and drive. If you're street smart, good with managing relationships and don't mind the countless processes, SOPs and the like, then this might be a relatively good place to be.

Too many processes, some of which really add no value to the work itself especially when applied in a one-size-fits-all way. Limited resources, too many stakeholders to please makes it hard to break any impasse. Too slow to change and too caught up in maintaining perception.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make a genuine effort about the things you say you want to change instead of making motherhood statements and hinting at undefined solutions with no fixed timelines.
