I have been working at SitScape full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I started programming computers before the first 8088 ever made its debut. I have seen many advancements but nothing took my breath like SitScape when I first saw a demo. This was a project I had to work on. I have worked for SitScape now for 2 years and we still have all eyes on the future. We believe in structured code, unit testing, penetration and stress testing but above all else communication with each other and our customers. SitScape 2.X marked a great departure from the write it and let it go approach. We are now on 3.X and making use of every best practice available to keep my fellow employees happy as well as our customers.

    Cons

    1. SitScape is what we make it. I am still helping to unravel code written by a couple clock punchers
    2. Our product offering is so broad (from big data correlation to video conferencing) that most of our resellers are not familiar with every corner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More well-trained coders with personality to add to the folds would be helpful.
Segment our offerings in order to market different product sets to different customers.
Remember your core value propositions for commercial customers.
Find a way to offer 'Try before you buy'
