I worked at Six Flags part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Easy going on leaves of absences. Suitable for high school students who just need some money on the side.

    Cons

30 minute break, 25 minutes of which are spent walking to and back from the break room.
You are outside for the majority of the scorching summer day.
Pay is garbage, employees at all levels are not a cohesive unit.
Loss prevention watches everyone like a hawk, even if you've never had an incident.
Management is clueless as to the daily happenings on site. Little room for advancement, and no recognition for superior performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tear the park down and start over. Treat employees with respect and reward high performance. Target well mannered individuals for positions. Increase opportunities for job advancement.
