I worked at Six Flags part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A bit of extra pay. promotions are available if you put in the effort. looks alright on an application.

    Cons

No time off, working open to close, no work-life balance. There was no proper training, even after advancing to a higher position. It was just "hey do this, I don't care if you're trained or not"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Proper training needs to be provided for all team member. if there's no time available make time. The ammount of people that get in trouble for not doing what they're supposed to, simply because they had no actual on the job training is dissatisfying, and quite honestly repulsing.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
