    I worked at Skechers U.S.A. full-time (More than 3 years)


    Work environment, upbeat, consistent, team friendly, development opportunities, easy to learn, growing company, district manager was easy to contact, regional manager was in store more often than other jobs


    Low salary compared to comparable companies, no bonuses as an assistant manager, the same IT system has been used since the mid 90s, reward system for customers is non-user friendly. Have not found a way to move from the use of fax machines for communication to email.

    Advice to Management

    Pay rate should be based in store volume, not just on the general position. An updated POS system would help streamline the cashiering process as well as the shipping and receiving process. Fax machines are outdated and are a terrible form of communication.
