    Worst company I've worked for

    • Comp & Benefits
    • Work/Life Balance
    • Senior Management
    • Culture & Values
    • Career Opportunities
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee  in  Brentwood, England (UK)

I have been working at Sky full-time for more than a year

    - free broadband + sky tv

    Where to start....
    - Management is totally incompetent on all levels. In general they have no idea of what they are trying to achieve and how to do it properly.
    - Throughout my employment time I can't even count how many times I have been bullied or disregarded
    - Terrible office and facilities. Office stinks with indian food and dirty bathrooms
    - No work culture, no team activities. The staff : contractors ratio is something around 1 : 4
    - English isn't used in most of the situations, most of the crew are indians which isolate every others from any technical conversations or thought processes
    - once again TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, no idea about the technology the're working with, they should pay people extra for educating them
    - no real benefits, no bonuses, no trainings, no real career path
    - innovations are being rejected and disregarded - the goal is to make the product as fast and as cheap as possible without thinking to do it right - it's all HACK fast 24/7
    - BLAME culture
    - satisfaction survey results bring no change or actions
    - "believe in better" slogan is a JOKE
