Undoubtedly the worst "company" (hardly a company) I've ever been associated with.

    • Comp & Benefits
    • Work/Life Balance
    • Senior Management
    • Culture & Values

I worked at SkyePoint Decisions full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Sadly there is not a one!

    Cons

The CEO takes so many classes on "how to" do things, and lacks in his ability to accomplish anything in the process. This was quickly noticed by his two new employees he brought on board to "run" his company since he was too busy puffing out his own chest and carrying on what he thinks is a "secret" fling with another co-worker, that he forgets about professionalism. He is awful and therefore the company is an awful place to work. There are only 4 people in this company, but he markets it like its larger than it is. Don't be fooled. He is a one man show and it's all dog and pony my friends. Run fast!!!!! The only positive comment is undoubtedly one made my the one person in that office that gets paid very well to yes him to death. I can guarantee you he told that person to write what they wrote! Extremely bad experience here as well as many others who have come and gone, pretty quickly once they figure it out!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't even have words for management, because it's all him, and all he cares about is...guess what... Him! Too bad!
