    Pros

Pay is decent. Building is newer and easy to get to. Lots of natural light in the building. Workout facility is nice as well.

    Cons

Very poor culture. Stop with the gotcha attitude on everything. Almost no one I know thinks the culture is a good one. Leaders need to be leaders and teach and encourage, not belittle employees and self promote. That is the exact opposite of a leader and it is everywhere. Worst culture I have seen.

    Advice to Management

Stop the corny every time i introduce myself in a meeting i have to say my sleep number. Its ridiculous. Act like leaders and appreciate the people that work so hard each day. Finance internal culture survey have had horrible results lately and management turns around and blames the group for not doing enough to make it better... Very typical of the culture. This is not leadership.
