Salaries are not great. Information is not shared across departments or by management. Little or no training for all departments except customer service department. Poor career advancement and occasionally deliberately holing people back from advancing and making lateral moves. High tolerance on lateness and absences.
Advice to Management
Training is a must, need to appreciate and reward good employees, get rid of the ones who just come to collect a paycheck. Look into paying employees based on merits and work ethics.
