Check your ego at the door - you're still just another lighting contractor. Show more appreciation for your employees, treat your vendors better, focus less on greed, and more on providing a better service and product, and show some respect for Work-Life Balance.
You have employees on the verge of a nervous breakdown regularly because they are overworked and fear losing their job. Owner is an extremely likeable guy, but SmartWatt is a negative environment for its low level employees, or those outside of what appears to be an inner circle.
Treat your employees with more respect and you will see the "innovation" and "buy-in" that is truly lacking begin to take off.Doesn't RecommendNeutral Outlook
