    Pros

    -Start up feel
-Friendly, fun and yet hard working culture
    -Great executive team
    -Growing at a controlled pace
-Lunch is provided 3 days a week

    Cons

-Lunch only provided 3 days a week (See what I mean, it's a great place!)
-Honestly I can think of any at this time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay the course, you have a great team of dedicated employees looking to make great games today and in the future! The experience the Senior Management has shines on the place. I am not saying it's perfect but is as close as I've experienced.
