I have been working at Social Security Administration full-time (less than an year)

Flexible schedule. Better benefits than having none.

Benefits are still not great being that it's the federal government. Most people that work there have been there forever, very stagmented in approach to work. Very difficult to get promoted as advancement are either based on favoritism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Gove younger people a chance for promotions

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
