I worked at Sodexo (More than 10 years)

Fairly decent benefits, otherwise completely dependent on your upper management individuals. If you get in with the right team at the right location, it can be an enjoyable job. Watch out for changes in management.

It's an endless, nightless, thankless job that's gotta be may want to consider letting someone else do it. Senior management ( and many mid level) are not interested in you as a person/employee. As in many huge corporations - employees are numbers and the business is operated on numbers alone. quality suffered over the years, to compensate for reduced profits. successes are attributed to senior managment, not entry or midlevel. Supposed career opportunities follow the "it's who you know" rule.

    Advice to Management

Learn who your people are, what their strengths are - don't assume everyone is out to screw the company.
