I have been working at Sodexo USA full-time (more than 3 years)

Fairly good pay for supervisors and people with relevant experience, benefits are good as well. The structure is there, but it still relies heavily on individuals.

Terrible manager oversight. One higher level manager can screw it all up. Lower level managers can get away with a lot of laziness and hypocrisy if they maintain good personal relationships with higher managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Checks and balances. Managers need to oversee managers and vice versa. If one high up manager sucks, it trickles down into an environment with little accountability. Bad for any lower level employees or non-supervisors.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
