    Like any food service management company, the long hours due to high demands of the job are not family friendly. If there are some women who can manage having babies and young children and still manage to be top performers, then tell me their secrets wizard!

    Advice to Management

    General managers and food service directors need the support of a floating manager in each district to cover vacation coverage, sick days and general help when they are in the weeds. It's so stressful planning the week before a vacation and coming back from a week off that you're worrying the whole time you're gone. There's a lot of pressure running an operation, and especially multi-location units, that marketing programs and the new programs are exceedingly difficult to implement. Having that extra manager in the district available to roll out programs and assist and support the team would be outstanding.
