I have been working at SoftRock full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Work culture is outstanding; company plain gets it...great supportive environment, trainers A+,
Opportunities are available for those that shine... Dynamic organization! SOLID management-who listen and are always available to help.

    Cons

Boot Camp can be difficult and at times challenging........at times a bit uneasy feeling due to required production metrics....long hours and LOTS of information....the top survive and move on....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what your doing! It is refreshing to be able to ask questions and get an almost immediate response. Salary and compensation structure is good and management seems always willing to review to remain that fair.
