I have been working at SolidWorks

    Pros

A very nice work environment with a lot of smart people to work with. The company was started by MIT guy, and he maintained a very good hiring culture, to hire only the best. So you get to work with a team which knows where it is going and can really deliver wonders. Awesome place to work.

    Cons

Its not about SW, but the CAD as a sector is quite small, and once you get in SW, the world shrinks a bit. But I guess that can happen in any sector

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

SW is going quite strong right now. Momentum is there. So all that's needed from a leader is that he/she should not screw up the system. As long the leaders can do that, SW will continue to be a nice place to work at.
