I have been working at Solomon-Page Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

big, known name behind you. Good marketing material

    Cons

everything else. This place is micro-management hell. You've got those long term employees that have blatant preferential treatment and crazy politics. If you want to be a bad recruiter and not learn "how to do the business" take a job here. If you're experienced and burnt out but want a nice base, take a job here. I left after 90 days. It was awful

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

i think this place is beyond repair.
