Good Work Life balance. Moderately competent salary (Plz don't compare with cisco, juniper, netapp,etc..). Free Food, Free Transport.
HR is worst (Eg: I forgot to apply leave online and it came up as loss of pay in salary. When I approached HR to get that money, they simply told "it is tedious process. Please forget it."
No training about the products. It is purely your effort that helps you sustain in the company.
No information about the road map of products.
No Employee Benefits. Eg: Certifications, education, car loan, house deposit loan, Team outings, Very less medical insurance.
Very poor capacity planning. Eg: Layoffs and Firings randomly.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Better keep No HR at bangalore Office or Recruit good HR.
Improve HR Practices. When a person leaves the company, take inputs from the person and correct the process.
Give more budget to Engineering and recruit good amount of developers. Product wouldn't come out with good quality if single engineer is given to concentrate on multiple diversified components.No opinion of CEO
