I have been working at Sony Pictures Television full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good compensation and benefits. Television is doing better and expanding than other departments, so that's comforting when it comes to layoffs.

    Cons

Political Environment and no movement. Constant restructuring and layoffs. People are looking after themselves first. Company say they are open to mobility, but that is not the case.
Very noticeable cost cutting - Removable of sodas, did toilet paper get thinner?
Food at commissary has increased and pricey for what you get.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open. No culture. Where is the mission statement?
