    I have been working at Sony PlayStation

    Pros

    Lots to do. Some great Talent and management is trying to make positive changes to the business. Most of the executive team have been with the company a long time and have industry experience

    Cons

    Old guard management with a couple of exceptions. What changes are being done can be considered questionable. Not many perks. Not much recognition. Slow to make decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If innovation is truly what is asked for, you have to utilize those employees who can be innovative and move dead weight out. It is a refection on management to not deal with low performers.
