    I worked at Sound Inpatient Physicians full-time for more than 3 years


    The rapid and expansive growth offered potential, however, mostly for new physicians entering the company.


    Morale of the administrative staff suffered greatly due to a lack of support and positive feedback from the executive members. They could have been under stress from the fast paced growth of this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Seek advice from those you have hired to do a specific job. That is why they were hired in the first place. They have the knowledge and training to perform the tasks that need to be accomplished and that others have not been trained to do.
